I'm really trying to figure this out. When you click on a job for survey or something, do you need to register with that company and are the affiliated with fusion cash?

You do if that is whats stated in the requirments for the offer which are stated below the offer description. If you complete the requirements you will usually be credited within a few seconds to a few days!
