I have no clue how to do a spreadsheet but I surely wish someone would tell me how to do it.

Don't even worry about it being an exact spreadsheet. Just create a new word or notepad doc then title it and save it to wherever on your computer. Start each entry with title/name of the offer, then copy and paste the url for that specific offer to your entry (the affiliate name will be in the url). Add the email addy you used for that specific offer and that's it! With those 3 basic things logged you should never have a problem with repeating offers.  

Also forgot to mention very important part of this all, lol. Be sure to arrange in alphabetical order!

      Do not use your computer...go to your local library and try some offers...and see what happens. Maybe the computer you are using has an older browser version.

I've been using the local library for a long time, and the freebie offers do not credit very well there. I got the best crediting when I switched to a Linux operating system on my laptop, I think it has something to do with the anti-virus or firewall on your computer. I didn't need an anti-virus program on my Linux laptop, because it's a much safer system.

Make sure that your account is in good standing.  Go to your account page and make sure you have completed everything that is on the left side of the screen in the green sections.  Especially under verfication make sure you have completed all of those .  You should have at least 3 ble check marks and account standing should say good.  Make sure you have completed your profile and everything there. 

Then clear your catches and temp internet fills etc.  Hope this helps.  You can do it just don't give up it will start to happen just put a little time in everyday into it.

Doing spreadsheet is very easy with using Google spreadsheet.  Click on documents and create a new spreadsheet.  I hope that helps.  That is a very good way to keep up with your offers and then you can see what offers was credited.

Cleaning cookies, if you are using firefox, go to tools and click on Options, then click on Privacy.  Check to accept third party and then click on show cookies.  Once it open, click on remove all cookies or remove them individually.

You must be doing something wrong.  Are you rushing to complete offers?  It is important to take time.  Read all the directions and instructions carefully.  Take your time.  I have been with FC a little over a year and I have cashed out 6 or 7 times.  There have been some offers that have not credited but most have.  I suggest that you post the name of each offer separately that has not credited you.  Post the name under offers and ask other FC members what their experience was.  Ask for feedback.  Also post the name of the offer under support and see what feedback you get.  I am curious as to what offers you are trying that do not credit.   You might try another browser.  What browser are you using?   Again, I feel that you may be rushing to complete an offer and not taking the time to fully read the directions or instructions.   Or you are having some really bad luck.

Sometimes you may have not completed the offer to the fullest extent and your credit may come after a few min. hours days or even weeks submit a support ticket and they will help you figure this all out

I know how frustrating it is to not receive credit. I did an offer and didn't get credit for 3 days but I eventually got it and was happy. Remember that it is not fail-proof and you may end up not getting credit for some things. Try to not let it discourage you too much and look at what you're making as extra money like I do. The tips that people have posted so far has been very helpful so I can't really offer much more than moral support.

Lately for some reason I have also been having trouble getting credit for offers.  I've been with FC for almost a year now and have cashed out six times.  I have never had a problen until now.
