Mobile Requirements.
« on: March 21, 2011, 08:13:41 pm »
Just wondering if anyone has taken those surveys that require you to enter your mobile number & then they send you a PIN and you have to confirm the PIN? I did do one of them and what happened was they charged me $5.00/Week is that supposed to happen. I called Telus and they told me I had to text STOP to the service that was texting us Like crazy may I add.. But anyways are they supposed to text us that much? Are they supposed to take my prepaid account balance. Let me know if anybody else has had any experiences with these survey's Please & Thank-You

So Far I  :heart:LOVE  FUSIONCASH  :D

I do not do any offers that require my cell phone number.  I do not give anyone my cell phone number.  I do not have voice mail set up.  I only use my cell phone for emergencies and back up.  And I am always uneasy about giving out my cell phone number.  Your posting was in pink and very light -- not very easy to read.  I think that you are asking a very important question and I suggest that you re-post your question using black or blue.  I would post under offers but also under support.  It is always very important to read the directions and instructions carefully before signing up for any offer.  I have read other postings in this forum by members who have had bad experiences with some offers.  I wish you luck in solving your problems.   :dontknow:

I would be really careful giving your mobile number. I did it once and will never do it again it downloaded a programs to my cell phone after i put the pin in and i didnt know it was running in the background and it ran my phone bill up to alomost 200 dollars before  my phone company caught it they consider it a download and it can and will run your phone bill up. MY phone company was nice enough to block it for me and tell me how to get the program off my phone and they removed the chages from my bill. they told me that anytime you put your number in you are risking something like this happening. i would be really careful where you put your number in.
