What do you mean by your friend "can't be confirmed"? Are you talking about him confirming his email address? Or if you're referring to completing his first offer, he just needs to find a simple one under the "Free/No CC Required" section. Is he one of your referrals? Are you helping him? As someone else posted, if he would start checking out the forum and asking questions, I'm sure he will get plenty of help. Tell him to start with watching the tutorial videos (link on the main page), reading the TOS (terms of service) and the FAQ/Help sections.

If they are your friend you should walk them though after all you referred them and you will benefit from it the most just like they will.

Tell this person to search for HELP in the search bar...there is TONS of help here!

Many new members ask questions, and us whom have been here awhile always answer their questions the best way we can

I search for many questions I have here, and always find MORE than enough answers! I have found the members here to be very kind and helpful, as well as the owners!
