Is it just my comp

Ok so like this thing says I'm not the administrator of my comp which I am.  I'm the only person on it but it won't let me download the toolbar.
Then I click on the surveys and fill out basic information. Everyone tells me sorry we have no surveys for you today. Routes me back to Fushion site but I'm not credited for even applying to take a survey.
yes I've run a virus scan comes back clean.
Honestly I don't even think it's noting my posts on the forums.

As far as the survey part of your question goes...most days they tell me the same thing, you just have to keep trying till you get one.  Some days I get 2 or 3.  You don't get paid unless you actually complete a survey.  Hope this helps a little.

If it is not letting you install the toolbar and telling you your not the administrator, that is your computer. Do you have multiple user logins on your computer? I know some people have administrator as a separate login than their own. This may be the problem. If you go to the control panel and click on user accounts it should say administrator under your login name. If it doesn't you need to change it, so it does say that.
