the 100,000th visitor to click to win a prize?  I wonder if anybody actually clicks on it.  I have been the 100,000th visitor for about three years now.

That's happened to me a lot. I clicked on it once and I think it was a bunch of offers they wanted me to do. Like complete a certain amount of offers and get a prize.

I have never clicked on it as I figure it has to be some kind of ad or scam.

I always laugh when I see those things because I know some poor sap is going to click on it one of these days. The ones with audio tend to scare the crap out of me because they're so unexpected!
