Canada, U.S. agree to use each other’s troops in civil emergencies

Considering that these two governments are the only two members of the United Nations who continue to refuse to sign and adopt the U.N.s Declaration on Human Rights of Indigenous Peoples, as well as their records of abuses up to and including 500+ years of ongoing genocide against the original inhabitants of this continent we call Turtle Island......this is truly disturbing.
