FC opened up to Canada in October.  The site is a bit different for them: no PTC, no daily email, and a different selection of offers.  Also, there is the $600/year cap on redeemed earnings for Canadian members.  As mentioned, it's to minimize the tax related paperwork on our end.

There is no cap for U.S. members on earnings, at least that I am aware of.  However, if you earn $600+ in a tax year, FusionCash will send you a 1099 form for income tax.  That's not to say that if you earn under $600 you don't have to pay taxes on it, but rather you just won't receive a 1099.  Everyone's tax situation is different.  You are best to consult with a tax professional for further assistance and advice.

No... US & CA have different offers available, and CA users can only cashout via PayPal.  CA users have a $600/yr cap on earnings whereas US users do not.  Those are the main differences for US & CA users.  Since the vast majority of people do not manage to make $600/yr it's not a particularly relevant point, anyway

I don't know why you would be worried about a $600 yearly earning cap anyway. I would love to earn $600 on here in a year, but not many people have that kind of time! So if you make it as high as $600, congrats to you!
