People that steal

I am wondering is this is a growing trend. You have people that steal from stores and they get in trouble. Then you have people that steal electric and nothing is done about that. Why is that i am just curious. Why aren`t these people in trouble.

Its seems to be alot harder to find these sorts of theifs, because it isnt like they're doing it right in front of our eyes. Its very easy thing to do when you live in a more isolated location. People are doing this with water as well.

Thats not always true, there have been occasions where people will die and when the house is sold, they finally find out about the spliced power.
