wow old buddy
« on: February 21, 2011, 05:39:28 pm »
I can't watch the videos my computers from the stone age. My credits only go through on things under a dollar. How do you do it when you have pennies in your pocket and little hope? Give me a push and a pointing finger. I have broke so many statistics when they say say I can't I always seem to beat the odds._ :star:

Pretty simple, do what you can do and NEVER, Never, never, no never QUIT.

If you come here every day and do what you can for free, in a few months you will have some money that is not earmarked for anything. Then get a paid hosting account and set up Wordpress so you can tell your own compelling story to get referrals. There are MILLIONS of people online just as bad off as you are and would LOVE to see how you do it.

When you get that far (if you ever do) look me up and I will show you how to kick it up a notch.

@OldBuddy: Just curious, but why do you recommend a paid hosting account? Couldn't you set up a free blog and use your FC money to advertise that site?

@Jampasangpo: One thing that I have learned and have heard from other successful online marketers is that it's best to set up a site to help people rather than try to sell them something. If you provide people with genuine help, they are more likely to listen to you and to trust that you are on their side and do as you recommend. It's better if you present both the pros and cons of what you are promoting rather than just making it seem like the "perfect" opportunity. FC is a great site. You can make money from it with very little effort. But mention what really is involved; if a person is content with just doing free offers and not trying to get a bunch of referrals, then they'll make about a quarter a day, so it'll take them a few months to make $25 -- ie not enough to quit your day job! However there may be other similar sites that you'll find and can help people find. Then that 25-cents a day starts growing to possibly a few bucks a day. When you've established a name for yourself, people that may be referrals for you on FC may go back to your site to see what else you recommend. Getting a few people "hooked" into joining FC under you may get you a little extra money from this site, but if you can establish a true network of people that respect what you have to say will be a much greater asset in the long run.

Yes, I'm interested in paid v. free account. I am assuming the paid account is better for adverstising etc, in other words the blog is more likely to come up when searched.

Free hosting have limits you won't find with paid hosting.

Some free hosting sites force an advertisement on your pages, or they may delete your site if it doesn't receive a required number of visitors monthly.

There are many good reasons, but first on the list is everyone KNOWS you have a free website, so how likely are they going to believe you are really making money?

The popular free blogging sites are infamous for deleting blogs that use them to make money from referral links. Then to make it even worse, they restrict you from installing tools that enhance your website, all in the name of saving a couple of bucks a month. Anyone serious about earning online is crazy to try to get by free in my opinion.

Then consider that since I am serious, I currently own over 30 domains that are hosted on one $9.95 a month account, which comes to 35 cents a month each and another dollar for the domain name registration. Hardly enough to get excited about paying, is it?

Finally it's common knowledge that using Wordpress on a hosted site gives you a distinct advantage in getting it listed higher on Google. Then add in the fact that after doing all the work to get there, you definitely do NOT want to run the risk of the site going poof in the night because someone reported you for using it to post referral links, do you? I have several sites with several #1 listings on Google for keyword phrases like Fusioncash Referral Secret that bring me more than enough traffic to justify the small expense of owning my website myself.

I don't know if to many people have noticed, but online advertising has gone to pot. The same ad I used to run and get over 100 referrals from 1,000 exposures, would be lucky to get 10 now. Crumbs are less expensive to scatter and even though they produce slowly, they just keep on going like the little pink bunny.
