confuse me! If i cash out too early I feel like it takes forever to get, if i cash out too late... you know.

yeh, i just decided to cashout on february 1, now i have to wait another month, it sucks

Cashouts requested  are paid on or about the 20th of the month following the month of request.

So if you request a cash out on February 1, you receive it, if approved, on March 20th.  If you request it on February 28th, you will also receive it on March 20.  So it makes sense to wait towards the end of a month to make your request.

The only important exception is if you have offers that might expire under the 180 day rule, then it's best to cash out so  you won't lose them.  Offers that are in cash out status are exempt from the 180 rule.  But if the cash out is not approved (ie offers are reversed or you didn't meet the $15 minimum in offers/$25 in total), then everything goes back into your account -- and if any of those returned offers exceed 180 days, then they will expire.
