please look at my ticket i opened a week ago!

i opened a ticket and called even and left a message and have not recieved any response
please can someone look at it and respond its about my cashout pending this month thank you

If approved, cashouts are paid on or about the 20th of the month following the month requested.

If you have a specific problem with the cashout (ie you gave the wrong payee address or you received notice that the cashout was not approved), you need to go back to the ticket you created and add a note asking for feedback.

(If I typed in the wrong address or recently changed my address, I would cancel the January cashout so it wouldn't get lost in the void and wait until the end of February to cash out in March.  Then spend a little time making sure that my email address etal in my profile is just the way it should be before I make the February request.)

If everything is okay, and you just asked for when will it be paid, then just be patient until February 20th.

the problem is i had it set up for direct deposit to a account but i changed banks and have a different account now
and wanted a check instead of direct dep or it in my new account i have not heard a response at all from them i even called and left a message

The admon might be be busy, as far as i understand they do not respond to phone calls they say to always open a support ticket, I am not sure what is you exact problem but cancel you payment of you can and retry again for next month.  If not then just be a little patient and the admon will get to you as soon as they can.  good luck

well its been 2 weeks and no response from them since i first opened a ticket
so i just hope they send a check
