I got pregnant at 18 and had my first children by 19.  I was fresh out of high school but I already had a job and a home.  I was also still with the baby's dad.  It turned out ok for us.  But life pretty much stopped for us and was solely for that baby.  I had my second child ten years later.  At 17, you should be responsible and aware of what you are doing.  But understand that life can no longer go on as a simple teenager.

What a lame question. More information is neded.

Is she married?? Probably not. Does she have any sense?? Probably not. Has she had any experience with caring for children?? Probably not.
Does she know how to cook from scratch?? Probably not. Does she know how to balance a check book?? Probably not. Does she know how to build a fire to keep warm?? Probably not. Does she know how to grow vegetables?? Probably not.

Hey now! I got pregnant at 18 and had a baby at 19. I was not married but I could take care of a child I had plenty of experience with my siblings. I can cook and I can my own food. I can balance a check book if I had one but prefer a savings account. I could build a fire and I grow a garden every year. Nowadays being able to grow your own food really isnt that important as long as you have money to purchase the food. We need a lot more information and just not these questions.

It's not so much is it okay or not.  Depends on the stability of the relationship and the care the child will receive.  It is a huge and long long term responsibility.  Not to judge, but I would not choose to do it and especially if I didn't have family support.  Shoot, at 18 you don't know squat about the world or your self unless you are very lucky and very unique.

well yes and no. first off their bodies are still young yet but if they have a period they are fertile and can have babies. i would wait til ur 18 though coz thats legal and u have more rights at 18 and u can make decisions of ur own and ur parents cant decide for u.

It would make more sense to get a dog first and see if you can handle the responsibility, however, if it happens you just have to cowboy up and deal with it and God Bless anybody in that position because it can never be easy even with all the good things it may bring.
