Have you been sick this year?

I'm pretty much sick all winter long. I cough all the time, my sinuses hurts, bronchitis. I hate winter.

3 weeks ago my wife came down with a touch of the flu; 2 weeks after I had a light case my self. But I'm so glad that we take all natural supplements regurlaly. That helped our bodies to resisit the worst of the flu.

oh yes.It seemed like by the time we got one thing gone,something else popped up.we both had had the stomach flu and it taked forver it seems to get over it.before that we had a very bad cold and sore throat.and it was less than a week of felling better that we got the flu.not been a good year.
