Mac vs PC

I'm in the market for a new laptop. Any suggestions on whether I should go with a Mac or PC? Also, does anyone know of any really good deals going on right now? Thanks!

Depends on what you'll be using it for. If its just general everyday internet access and the occasional word document then you'll probably want a PC. I myself use a Mac because I am going to school for graphic design and Macs are just better for editing and production.
