Law and Order SVU Or Criminal Intent

I love Law and Order SVU I can follow the characters

But as far as Criminal Intent they keep changing Characters dont know who is who lol.

Law and Order SVU is my favorite!  I enjoy all of the Law and Order shows.  Criminal Intent is the hardest for me to follow and keep up with.  Sometimes it seems a little over my head and makes me have to focus too much on what's going on and what they're trying to do when decyphering through the murder.  I can just relax and enjoy SVU and actually understand what's happening and what they do to solve the cases.

I read last week where the actor Meloni, who plays Stabler, is leaving the show because negotiations fell through on their discussing pay.  I hope that changes and works out - I'd hate to see him to leave the show.
