I no longer receive the Daily Cash Email! I posted a SOS on "offers" and was told to post a support ticket.........But; when I went to "support" the sent me to "Forum"! How do I actually get HELP???
I think that perhaps, you did not auctually contact support. You must have went about half way down the page and clicked on something and got transferred or sent to the forum. You have to auctually fill out the ticket, and go all the way to the bottom of the page. Hit send,and watch real caefully. It will tell you that you have not yet submitted your ticket. You have to click on the send thing or tab or whatever it is there.
Once you really submit the ticket to Support, you will immediately get an automated reply in your email address, just lettting you know that Support has received your ticket. In a day or two, sometimes pretty soon, you will get an answer back there on the Supprt Tab . You have to click it to read your answer. I think they send you and email to let you know that they have answered your ticket, But not sure about that.
Just keep checking your support tab for the answer, ONCE you have auctually submitted the ticket..
