I would suggest that you look for the support tab at the top of the page. Click on it and submit the problem to the support staff. They will get back to you with an answer in a day or two.
This just recently happened to me. BUT I had my email account suddenly suspended/cancelled by Yahoo. I had to get another email. and report the whole mess to Fushion Cash. I had to submit a support ticket more than once, BUTTT everything finally got fixed. I am so grateful.
Just hang in there until it gets fixed.
