I'm taken about 3 hours of what seems like surveys and at the end it says I dont qualify. I've done about 9 or 10 and have never actually taken one. :peace:

You have to answer qualifying questions first and then, based on your demographics, you may or may not qualify. Just remember if you do qualify, take the survey and then actually get to the "Congratulations" page to leave the browser window open for at least 5 minutes or so until you receive credit for the survey. The best way to see that you have received the credit is to have the FusionCash toolbar installed. You'll also want to be clearing your cache & cookies before each offer you do, including surveys, and you can do this right from the toolbar.  :thumbsup:

that happens quite often. It depends on your demographics

Glad it is just not me. Spend an hour or more answering questions over and over again. Then just to get told after the "15 mins" to take the survey, it's really not the survey. and I don't qualify!

 :dontknow: Someone if the cookies/cache can be cleared on FC toolbar, please tell me how. I have been doing it from my browser toolbar and still don't get survey credit. I do leave the last page telling me I have completed and still doesn't show up--half an hour one time-lol!

 :star: :star: :star: It indeed can be frustrating and upsetting to deal with the survey troubles from time to time. Be patient, because the surveys are truly a good way to earn on FusionCash. I too, have had problems with qualifying for several surveys and at times have completed many with completion verifications and messages and still do not get credit. It happens. Yes, frustrating. But I've stuck with them, tried over and over.... It has been tough not to loose your cool and simply turn your back on the surveys, but they are really worth it if you stick with them. Good Luck. Use the tips provided in forum posts for the best luck. Clearing cookies before survey starts and giving the window a little extra time to stay open upon completion helps. Doesn't do the trick every time but gives you the best potential to recieve your credits due.  :wave:

@marciaenglish.....

On the toolbar is a gray box that has a scrolling marquee that shows what your current balance is in your account and what your last credit was. When you complete an offer, you should see those numbers change. In the case of a survey, after it credits, you can then close the window that says "Congratulations". If you're not seeing this box on the toolbar, then you may want to try to reinstall it. If you still have problems, then try submitting a support ticket.

Just to the right of the scrolling marquee, click on the "Privacy" button. After you've cleared all three (cache, history & cookies), log out and then log back in.
