i think that motor cycles helmets should be enforced and the reason is they say you got to wear seat belts while driving but cycels dont have to wear helmets i think it should be up to the driver. and the reason i say this is i had a friend who wore her seat belt and got into an accident she couldnt get the seat belt undone and died after her car caught fire
