nielson rejecting my 2.00

I had this on my comp for 2 weeks and before I cashed out I had it serviced because it crashed well nielson took there money back after having it on there (thats not fair)

I think you have to keep it on your computer for about a month in order for it to work.  I'm sure if you explain to the support administrators what happened, they will let you re-install it and give you the $2.00 back.
You can do this by opening a support ticket at http://www.fusioncash.net/tickets.php?new=1 and tell them what happened.  Maybe they can assign manual credit.  We can hope!
