ended, haven't you thought about the billions of dollars that the candidates have spent on this election both parties? Those monies spent could have made up new jobs by using it for energy saving tech, updating gas wasting transportation, reeducating citizens to update their skills to be able to compete in the work force, helping those poor people that have lost their homes, jobs,..... It just makes me ill to think that billions of dollars have been blown away for some stupid election because nobody can agree to work together b/w parties. They think only about themselves not us the people, the people that they're suppose to be serving!

America is not broke that they can't help the citizens, America just doesn't want to help it's people. IF THEY CAN COME UP WITH BILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO RUN AN ELECTION(S), THEY CAN COME UP WITH BILLIONS TO HELP IT'S PEOPLE!

HOUSE,SENATE,CONGRESS,GOVERNOR,GOVERNMENT, WHITE HOUSE,REPUBLICANS,DEMOCRATS,OTHER.....IF YOU CAME UP WITH THESE MONIES FOR YOUR ELECTIONS YOU CAN COME UP WITH THE MONIES TO SAVE OUR COUNTRY. QUIT BULLSHITTING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE & SHOW US THE MONEY!!!!! :bootyshake: :bootyshake: :bootyshake: :bootyshake: :bootyshake: :bootyshake: :bootyshake: :bootyshake: :bootyshake: :bootyshake: :bootyshake: :bootyshake: :bootyshake:

Americans are always upset because America is not going the way THEY want it to, If it goes that way than another American is upset and it goes on an on and on because people are different, want different things, maybe we Americans should be more tolerant of others...

The bombardment of ads from candidates of both parties was ridiculous.  The excessive TV ads were too, although some were quite clever.  We've got a long way to go before the economy is even close to being halfway decent again.

The thing that bugs me the most is the phone calls with recorded messages. They really ought to outlaw this.

In CO we had an awesome one from Hickenlooper: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/08/18/john-hickenlooper-hits-th_n_687002.html (article then video w/in) It did not run all the time like the others so every time we did see it we enjoyed it and he won lol

I agree. The amount of money spent by the rich to buy seats could have spread goodwill, by helping the needy. Although a person has the right to spend their money as pleased, it is sickening to think that the amount going to charities will be much less than to the campaigns.
