mycreditreport.com offer showing up as uncompleted

I sent in a support email and hope I can get my answer here. I clicked to do the mycreditreport offer and signed up. Was charged a dollar and said well I will make up for it with the pay back. But it is not showing up as completed. I have proof of signing up for their "free" trial and have proof that they took money from me.
