Usually there is a contact link with the survey (when you get technical problems).  Doesn't help you with the problem survey, but it does give you an opportunity to vent and  let the survey company know there is a problem.
If not, just chalk it up to experience and try again.  It is frustrating to walk through several DQ's, finally get one that you qualify for and then, poof, lose it for technical problems.

I have done a fair number of surveys and agree that occasionally there will be technical problems.  At the time I had dial-up which causes real delays in downloading ads and videos.

Do you recall which survey site you were using when the specific problem came up?  (MY Thoughts Count, GUY2C etc)  I haven't tried a survey recently, but will be willing to test it and see if I have the same problem.

A got hung up after 75% of an SSI survey the other evening....Sat. I think.  I sent their contact person an email about it but they never did respond.  I thought it was kind of interesting that the one I was hung up on just happened to have a contact person listed on each page (do they expect problems?)  Most surveys don't have that info available.  lol :BangHead: :BangHead:

Most surveys do have a contact link somewhere -- not usually on every page -- and occasionally they do respond, but the response will be generic in that there is little they can do about the specific problem you experienced and your survey.  But reporting it gives them a heads up on a potential tech problem and they may be able to do something for future users.  The real value to you is that it gives you a chance to vent your frustration and/or help your fellow survey taker.
