What do you put in your potato salad?

So many of us are particular about the kind we like.  I don't like sweet pickles or celery in mine.

I use a salad dressing with a little mustard in it.  I also like bits of radishes and a little green pepper.  Of course, hard boiled eggs are added.  I also add a little onion, sometimes green and sometimes just plain old onion.

i like hard boiled eggs, mustard, a drop or two of sweet
honey mustard, and mayo in mine. its good, but i can
never get it to taste quite like the kind i buy at the
deli...

do you eat your potato salad as a side? i like to eat
mine with crackers or on toast.

I add miracle whip, mustard and hard boiled eggs. Sometimes I add a little pickle juice too. Yummy.
