Add another "not paying" Item to the list

Tried some FC surveys. Even DQ'd doesn't give the penny today. I'll see what Tap is doing. If I don't qualify for any of them, I'll be saying bye-bye to FC for a while.

If FC doesn't fix the PTC and Daily email captcha issues, I'm done here too after i cash out.   I have a $22.63 balance rn, can earn a little daily (very little,lolol)  on Tap. What really ticks me off is the owner does NOT have the courtesy to inform us whats going on........... :bad: :turkey: :bad:

It'll probably be ignored by the owner even if they got the memo. In fact, don't you think the owner would've gotten a heads up before they stopped providing the service?
