My post count is stuck!

It is showing up as 'eight', but at this point in time, I have made several more after that, at different times of day, and it hasn't changed.

You'll see what I mean as soon as I post this.

It's showing up at nine now, but it should at least be two ahead of what it is (if it shows as ten, after this post, then it should be "twelve"). I'm not going to perpetuate that cycle.

I don't know what's happening. Maybe you should contact an administrator. Or before you do that, maybe you should check your computer and make sure that's not the problem.

What I like to try on any website that I am having problems with is delete all of your cookies and history and unfavorite the site. Then close out of everything internet wise and then go back in. If that doesn't work reboot your computer and try. If that doesn't work just try Mozilla Firefox that usually works for me if all else fails my primary web browser is internet explorer! I hope this helps!

Posts in the 'contests & promotions' forum do not count towards your post count (nor towards the 30/mo required for the bonus).  This is because some promotions involve rapid mass-posting which would artificially inflate post counts.

I understand. Do you just delete the threads for contests and promotions periodically then?  That way, at least if they never counted in the first place, deleting them would not detract from their current post count.  Thank you for clearing this up for me!

We don't delete any posts automatically/regularly.  After 270 of no replies, topics are automatically locked.
