no surveys I've completed have been approved, for whatever reason the videos tab is gone??? from the special offers for me, what is going on?!

Video tab is not gone..If there are no videos available, the tab will not appear. I also have no video tab for the last 2 days.
For surveys, please keep the survey's last page (u hav successfully completed the survey page) open for 5-10 minute or till u see credit in Account tab.
Also clear cookies before doing a new survey. I hope this helps.

I did not know that about the videos tab, but how come I see others posting about videos they've viewed? i guess it just depends where you live?

also, thanks for the tips with the surveys, I hope it works, I;ve missed out on almost $5 worth of surveys :/

@paleskin04........

You should clear your cache & cookies before each and every offer you do, including surveys. If you don't have the FusionCash toolbar installed, I would recommend installing it because you'll be able to see when those surveys credit and you can clear your cache & cookies right from the toolbar.  :thumbsup:

well ive cleared them and completed 2 offers, one Quiz Jungle that has not received credit after about 20 minutes and one from MyThoughtCounts which ive been waiting for 10 minutes so far..

i do have the toolbar installed but cant find the cookie/cache clearing function?

hopefully the mythoughtcounts will come within 24 hours but idk :/

To clear your cache/cookies/history from the toolbar, click on the "Privacy" button to the right of the gray box with the scrolling marquee. After you do that, log out then log back in. Then you'll be ready to complete another offer/survey. There will be, on occasion, an offer that won't credit. I've had bunches of them. You just have to move on, because usually there will be more that do than don't. If you don't get paid, neither does FusionCash. If you didn't clear your cache & cookies before you did the MyThoughtCounts then it may or may not credit. I almost always have them credit within 10 minutes.

My video tab is there, but I've watched all my vids.

I never seem to get approved for a survey, it wastes my time...but I keep tying.
