I think that the site is hard to navigate. Maybe you could possibly make it easier to use. I keep getting confused.

It takes a little while to get used to. I am still learning myself, and I've been here over three years, so don't get discouraged.

Suggest you take the site in small bites.

Work with the Forum and become familiar with the various topics available and read the Beginner's Guide (in Support, top of page.)  Do one or more posts each day to get to your 30 qualified per month.
Check out the promotions and contest section.

Then focus on the types of activities (offers, daily surveys, other daily etal) that you're interested in pursuing.
The easy start here is to work on the daily's:  daily $.15 click, sign up for the daily email, daily surveys and daily tasks (they contain video ads -- helps to have broad band)

If you have never done offers on any site before, be prepared to keep track of what you try to do.  Even if you try out for an offer and it doesn't credit, it will probably be considered as having been done so you can't do it again (on FC or any other site)  The Beginner's Guide should help you; plus read comments in the forum and ask for help.  Lots of members went through what you experiencing and will be happy to help -- including your referrer.
