Holiday Traditions past down through your family?
« on: November 04, 2010, 11:13:47 am »
As far back as I can remember, my parents always insisted that before we could open presents on Christmas morning we had to listen to the story of the birth of Jesus. My father always thought that it was good for us to remember "The reason for the season". It has always been the oldest male in the family that held the honor of reading on Christmas morning. This year the honor will go to my oldest son and he is excited to hold on to this tradition. :peace:
