Play with your cat during the day. Wear it out

Cats tend to be more active at night so you have to keep them active during the day if you want them to sleep at night. :cat:

You can close your door, and give her a quite toy to play with. But lets be truthful a cat is a cat,and you can't make them do anything :D

If the cat is place in a dark room with  the lights out, then the cat would come to the understsnding that it night and it's time to sleep.

Cats are nocturnal by nature, so if he or she sleeps during the night then you are lucky indeed.

We have had a number of cats over the years and never encountered this problem like you have with Olivia being up all night.

THAT would not go over well with my husband.

I hope the suggestions about trying "kitty milk" help you.
