I just recently completed two offers. First, I completed the requirements for "MySurvey". A couple of minutes later, I completed "Online Customer Survey". I have yet to receive credit for both of those. Did I do something wrong?

Don't know if this will help you or not, but when I signed up for MySurvey, I got credited a couple days later.  Just be sure you verified your registration they send you via email.  Hopefully your credit will show up soon.

The other one, I never got credit for either.  Sounds like few people have for some reason.  Don't know why      Sometimes that happens.  Just be sure to clear your cookies and try something else.

 This is true. It can happen when completing offers on occasion, there is always a email sent to your inbox after offer completion.
