Welcome. 

Take some time to look around the forum.  There are a LOT of very useful threads with information which will be of help.  Also, on the 'Offers' page, there is a link which says "Watch Tutorial Video".  I highly recommend checking this out to learn some more.

If there are still questions, don't be afraid to come here to the forum and ask other users.  You;ll find this forum very friendly with many people very willing to help.

It really depends if you want to spend money or not. It also depends on how much time you have as well.  I only do free things, the surveys and anything daily, watch the videos, post here in the forum and post pictures of my cashouts. 

Only do the offers that are of real interest to you.

Go to the Support section of the Forum and click on the Beginner's Guide (at top of list of topics).  You'll find that helpful with a lot of various things that come up -- including how to make money.

I'm not an offers person, but I do the Dailys (go to Offers at the top of the page and in the top section showing types of offers, click on Daily).  There are several different daily surveys, a daily $.15 click, the option to sign up for the daily $.02 email, and then a link to a variety of daily options -- including video ads.  Plus I post 30 meaningful messages on this Forum each month to get the $3.00 bonus.  I cash out every 3-4 months which is fine for me.  If you want more, then you'll need to check out the offers.

Check out the Promotions/contest section of the Forum.  They pop up occasionally and last a limited time.  (There is a Saturday non-sports promotion going on right now; and on Tuesday there will be a sports related promotion.)

You could always do the paid to click and daily email under the daily section. I also recommend surveys and tasks, as most of them are easy too.
