I'm not a cook by any means but froze foods that you just throw in the oven are always nice, lasagna, manacotti (sp) etc.  Banquet has box meals that you just throw in the oven as well (you can find them on the hamburger helper aisle - they have box meals too!).  Using the crock is sooo helpful, depending on if you have kids or their agents they can always help out with that too.

Buy a crock pot.  You can find lots of recipes online.  You just put all the ingredients in and forget about it!

Quick and Easy.. Kids love them

Cassadellas (Spelling)

take two tortilla's place in hot pan, add shredded cheese and anything else you like, can be shredded cooked chicken and add BBQ sauce and place other tortilla on top. brown and flip .. ENJOY TIME!  (Serve  with a dash of sour cream YUMMO

I love quesadillas too!  I also serve with shredded lettuce.

Another thing we love in the crockpot is ROAST BEEF.  We put it in frozen the night before, sprinkle on a package of Lipton Onion Soup mix and add some water.  The next noon it is divine.
