Do tickets help with credit?

I just want to know if tickets really help with credit issues.
Lets say, I completed SSI survey successfully. But for some reason did not get credit. If I raise a ticket with the screen shot, does it help?
Has anyone had the same experience and got credit with the help of a ticket?

I've always heard that if FC gets paid for your completion of an offer, you'll get paid. If FC doesn't - even if you really did succesfully complete it - then you won't get paid. That makes me think that if you have a screen shot it probably won't make any difference. I truly trust FC, too. I've gotten credit for 99% of the things I've done. It's still super annoying when that one thing doesn't credit
