If you did not get credit for the sign up bonus click on reply at the bottom of this thread and there is a link that says Are you looking for your $5 signup bonus? click there to request it. I believe you have to verify your email and phone number before you can get the bonus.  It should tell you after you click that link what you need to still do to qualify for it.
