Yes, you have 180 days to cash out. After that the offer will expire.

Yes.  You have the option to cashout every month if you have reached the $25 mark, but you can also wait.  Just make sure you do it within 180 days (6 months) so they do not expire.

6 months for each offer, it is alittle confusing, but you will be abl to make about $50 before 180 days is over if you use the site frequently! especially with the $3 bonus for 30+ helpful forum posts.
