start up e-mail

I just watched the startup video and it said I will be getting an email that will require answering and filling out information (payment etc) before I can get started.  I haven't received the email yet.  What should I do?

Have you checked your spam files?

If you're in the FC Forum, click on "Back to Fusion Cash"; then click on the "Support" link on the top of the FC page; fill out a trouble ticket explaining what you saw in the video and ask why you haven't received your email described in the video.

I joined FC in 2007 and don't remember all that had to be done to complete registration, get the $5 bonus etc.

You can also go to your Account Page and on the left side of the page is a section called "Verification".   That will tell you what you still have to do.  One of the items is updating your account profile.  You can do that while you wait for a response.
