Question about address!
« on: October 08, 2010, 07:45:57 pm »
I cashed out at the end of last month and now I'm living at a different address. Is it possible to change my address and have the cash out come to my new address even though I cashed out when my account had that address listed, or is it too late and I need to cancel and send it for next month?

I would attempt to send Kohler and/or the Admin that question a.s.a.p. and ask them their official opinion, BUT, I would THINK (but not sure) that if you change your address on your account info NOW then as long as it is before the checks are sent out then it should go to  your NEW and Current address..........BUT........I am not 100% sure and do not want to give you the wrong info, so, i would submit the question to Kohler amd/or the Admin.

I would contact admin or Kohler!  They could tell yo u for sure.  But one thing did you put in a change of address with the post office???  If not you need to do that also.  Then everything would come to you anyway.  But still check with Admin or Kohler.

It should be okay is you put in a change of address with the post office.  But to be sure you can always ask the Admin here, I am sure one of them will see this and give you an answer... Good luck!  8)
