What could be done about North Korea's livin conditions, and should the U.S. invade?

We can't do anything about North Korea; it's in terrible shape and they won't allow for any help. If they want to join in on the world and thrive, they're gonna have to change from within or else they will rot from the inside out with their 1950's ideals. And it's already happening.

Invade and do what?   and who do you invade after North Korea? there are plenty of people in other countries living in deplorable  conditions  human rights violations, genocide   it will never end.  But if your talking about the looney tune over there being a serious threat to us or anyone else  (which he is or will be) Im sure he would be taken out in a heartbeat   hes pretty much on his way out anyway and looney tune jr takes over.   then ya got the iranian and his members only jacket he is a threat too.  to many nut jobs out there who would love to kill as many of us they can, so its not plausable to invade anybody who treat thier people bad.    sad as it may be
