It's better to drink some milk than eat meat after running if you want to keep fit.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I'm always starving after jogging. I would knaw of that meat if it's there waiting for me.

And also, athletes like swimmers and sprinters eat a meal after each long session ( though i think it's some king of pasta). So I'm not sure if there is any unhealthy factors about that.
