ABC's 'My Generation' dumped after second telecast

NEW YORK (AP) — After just two airings, "My Generation" is the fall TV season's second casualty.

ABC pulled the plug on the new drama after Thursday's little-watched episode drew even fewer viewers than the premiere a week earlier.

Staged in the form of a documentary, "My Generation" focused on a group of young people 10 years out of the high school they attended together.

There was no immediate announcement of a replacement for the series.

Its axing followed word earlier last week that Fox had dumped its new drama "Lone Star" after only two airings.

The fall prime-time season began two weeks ago


This is a good idea though, I would like to see a show make it with this idea. Also have flashbacks of them in High School and stuff. I just find it relevent because it has been 10 years after high school for me this year.

The show is not futuristic or fantasy that's why it got axed. If hat's not the reason I don't know why.

I wanted to watch it, but it was on opposite the Big Bang Theory, which is one of my favorite shows on TV.  I definitely would have watched it, though, since this is also my 10 year reunion.
