Payment banners that i see

I'm new here and noticed payment banners on some people emails showing amounts they have earned...is that within weeks, months, years of working with FC?
I'm just curious if this is worth it ? 
In the tutorial i noticed the man's account when he was showing where to go to see how much we have made and is saw a few amounts totaling 100, 300, 400 dollars....

The banners are the accumulated amounts that we have made over the entire time we have been with FC but only that person would know but you can always ask!  I have been with FC for 6 months and am awaiting my 3rd payout.  I don't have many referrals so my numbers are low but I don't mind.  I love this place.

My highest payout is $110.00. Thats not very high but it is for me.

I have been with FC since June 20th and will be doing my second cashout this month.  I think it is worth it when you are sitting at home bored with nothing else to do.  I would not however, depend on it for my 'real' job.  By the way, welcome!
