i know sometimes other persons say things to hurt others feelings which is not very nice...we sometimes respond with another harsh word so we can get back at that person and i know its hard not to...what i do is ignore them or just say a kind word.tell them u love them lol its hard but it works...also we must treat others the way we want to be treated!!
