Hi, welcome to FC.  The best way to get going, I think, is watch all the tutorial videos, read thru stuff on the forum, especially from Florezitta10.  She has a post for beginners.  Oldbuddy has good info on referrals.  Everyone out here is very helpful...so ask away when you have a question.  Good luck
