question about offers! help!

hey guys, i'm new to fusion cash, but i think i'm getting the hang of most of it.  i have a question though, on the free tab of the special offers page in gray writing, under the offer, it states the directions and what needs to be done in order to get credit.  i have several things that i have completed and still have not received credit for. does this happen to anyone else?  am i doing something wrong? please help.
