Yes, every email has an unsubscribe link, but a LOT of those links send you to a non-existent page!LOL, I guess that way they figure their still in compliance with the CanSpam Act!

The law requires that the unsubscription links remain active for 7 days (if memory serves).  So some companies may choose to deactivate them after that much time, which would explain your experience.

every e-mail  has to have an unsubscribe link. maybe hard to see sometimes because some of them are in very small print.

about 50% of my emails have no unsubscribe link..... hence they are delivered to my "bulk" box.

i glance through them as well.... sometimes finding ***must click*** confirmation emails in there.
