I'm Having a Little Problem with the Request Monthly Posting Payment

I didn't have the chance to request a payment for last month (July). I tried requesting the payment, but it did not go through. I went ahead and request the payment for this month, and it worked perfectly fine. What should I do to request payment for last month? Does it have something to do with the message ID? Do the message ID's I use for last month have to be from last month?

I need help with this.

I am guessing yes that would make sense that they would need to be from last month as the posts need to have been made in that month.  You can go to your profile and look at all your posts to get the prior months posts.  I would bet its to make sure that people don't cheat to get paid for two months, if you think about it anyone could just say they made the posts in the previous month if they didn't have to show the id numbers for posts in that month.
