OMG-that is so funny!!!  I'm with you guys-at first, I was like, this isn't funny at ALL!  Even after the first time the brother came on I snickered, but still didn't think it was that "funny".  They kept bringing him back on though!  They had to know this was entertaining at the news station, don't you think? 
BTW-I'm seriously thinking about getting that ringtone ;)
