what to cook for dinner?

Anybody have an Idea what shall I cook for dinner?

How about sweet and sour chicken, with long grain rice and broccoli? (There's already made sweet and sour sauce you can buy in a jar at the grocery store...You can add onions and pineapple in there to give it an extra kick.)

Shrimp scampi sounds good to me. Maybe with some rice and a salad.

We are having BBQ Ribs tonight

Fajitas with a blackbean and rice side or maybe a baked chicken with mashed potatoes and a salad or maybe just a large salad with chopped up baked chicken.  It's so hot here, that's what we're having tonight.  I went and bought one of those already baked chickens at the market and a bagged salad and bought extra veggies to throw in and having an ice cream desert.

I'm making chicken with rice...just need to decide on the vegetable (corn, green beans or carrots....)

It's summer out so use the bbq for something tasty and healthy. I always think kabobs are a fast and healthy way to cook with pieces of marinated meats and fresh veggies.

Vegan smart dogs with vegan chili and dried vegetable chips for desert frozen fruit cups. Yum!
